Replenish your magnesium supply while relaxing with this heavenly foot soak. Spanish Rosemary essential oil is very effective at stimulating circulation in tired feet and it also calms nerves.The lavender flowers also calm nerves while its anti-imflammatory properties sothe achy, painful, or swollen feet. Chamomile flowers also calm nerves, soothes restlessness and irritability and helps calm muscle spasms. Epsom salts provide the much needed Magnesium sulfate which serves as a tonic for the nervous system.  Finally, coconut oil helps heal sore, tired skin and provides a protective barrier against infections and foot fungus. 

 

To use: Fill a tub with warm water, pour a scoop of the foot soak into the water, stir to mix, then slip your tired feet into the warm water and relax, inhaling the calming, floral scent. The recommendation is to remain in the water at least 15 minutes to reap the full benefits of the magnesium and the flowers. Or, stay as long as the water is warm. Your feet will thank you!
