Let's get personal and talk hemorrhoids. They are extremely common. Statistics show that three out of four adults have or will have these embarrassing things in their lifetime. There are as many causes as there are 'preventions': straining on the toilet, sitting too long, not drinking enough water, etc. Therefore, eat more fiber, avoid sitting for long periods of time without a walking break, and drink more water. Simple, yes? Right...

A simple blend of Cypress and Geranium essential oils, a blend known for it's ability to improve circulation in vascular issues such as this. And now with Melaleuca essential oil added to kill bacteria and help heal the protruding intruder! Fractionated Coconut Oil, known for it's skin healing properties, is the carrier oil. How you apply this oil is up to you. Some, myself included, just shake the bottle and then place a drop or two on my finger and apply to the little nuisance. Too squemish for this? Alright, then place a drop on a q tip, piece of toilet paper, or a cotton ball and then apply to the nuisance. (But, come on, you're going to wash your hands afterwards with soap and water anyways, right?) Someone once suggested a vial with a rollerball on it but that seemed wrong to me. The thought of rolling that little ball where one would have to roll it and then letting it roll back into the bottle...perish the thought!
Personal Story: You may have caught me above saying how I do apply this product. Yes, I, too, suffer from these annoyances. After nine children was there any doubt? I can honestly say that this oil has literally saved my sanity. I couldn't stand the witch hazel wipes (you know the ones I mean) and the cream didn't really help much with itching.
